At Xorvalenppvapao, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational investment. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our 3D modeling courses.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before the course start date
• The course is cancelled by Xorvalenppvapao
• You have not accessed any course materials or attended any sessions

Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be considered when:

• You withdraw within the first two weeks of a course (50% refund)
• Documented extenuating circumstances prevent completion
• Technical issues on our end significantly impact your learning

Non-Refundable

Refunds are not available when:

• More than two weeks have passed since course commencement
• You have completed more than 25% of course content
• Course materials have been downloaded or accessed extensively
• A certificate of completion has been issued

Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to:

• A different course session of the same program
• A different course of equal or lesser value
• Another person (one-time transfer only)

Transfer requests must be made at least 5 business days before the original course start date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Provide the reason for your refund request
• Include any supporting documentation if applicable

Processing Time

Refund requests are processed as follows:

• Review period: 5-7 business days
• Approval notification: Within 2 business days of review
• Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
• Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your institution

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for enrollment. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Lab Access

Modeling Lab access is included with course enrollment and follows the same refund policy. Standalone lab memberships may have different terms.

Promotional Offers

Courses purchased with promotional discounts or scholarships may have modified refund terms. These terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
